Amanda Rutledge currently provides school-based consultation to new autism support teachers in the Philadelphia school district. Her undergraduate degree is in Special Education, and she holds master’s degree in School Psychology from Fordham University. Prior to working at the University of Pennsylvania’s CMH, Amanda provided behavior analytic services to children with autism and developmental disabilities in a variety of settings, such as center-based programs, inclusion preschools, early intervention, and home-based settings. Amanda’s professional interests include naturalistic teaching strategies, alternatives to escape-extinction, and evidence-based antecedent interventions.
