The ideal candidate would have a strong background in bioinformatics and the analysis of a variety of next-generation sequencing data. Experimental techniques utilized range from ChIP-seq, m6A-seq, and single-cell RNA-seq to a variety of molecular and imaging assays utilizing both in vitro and in vivo approaches.

Qualifications: Applicants are required to have an M.D. or Ph.D. in biomedical science or a related field and substantial experience conducting independent research, with at least one first author publication in an internationally recognized, peer-reviewed, science journal. Prior experience in bioinformatics is highly desired. Preference will be given to candidates with in-depth training in research involving next-generation sequencing technologies and bioinformatic analyses.
