Student JMEC Space Request Form

Please provide as much information as possible in support of your request. All requests are submitted to the Scheduling and Events Services office and are subject to their review and requirements. You may submit edits to your request up until 2 business days before your event.

If your event has food, you are required to clean up after yourself. Please do not leave a mess for your fellow classmates.

Please only indicate the time that your event will run. Set up and breakdown times are automatically added to reservations.
