Kyle Czarnecki

Kyle Czarnecki was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri. His youth was spent helping his father care for variety of animals on the small zoo in which they lived in. The close work with animals gave Kyle a keen interest in animals and how they behave. After a nine year stint working as a paramedic in St. Louis Kyle moved to North Carolina to attend the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He graduated with a B.A. in biology in 2017. His research interests include mouse behavior, genetics and addictive phenotypes. When not in the lab he enjoys exploring the outdoors, cooking, reading and spending time with his wife and two wonderful children.
