The Study, the official conference hotel, is completely SOLD OUT.

As of February 26, accommodations are available April 4-6, 2019, at the following nearby properties. Each is within walking distance of the conference.

• Sheraton Philadelphia University City Hotel, 3549 Chestnut Street, just three blocks from The Study, where you can catch the NEGEA shuttle
• Homewood Suites by Hilton University City, 4109 Walnut Street
• AKA University City, 2929 Walnut Street

Getting From The Study to the Conference

Walk

It takes about 13 to 15 minutes to walk from the hotel to the conference. Travel west one block to 34th and Chestnut. Turn left (south) and stay on 34th until you arrive at the Perelman Center for Advanced Medicine (see walking map, above).

Ride the NEGEA Shuttle Bus

A deluxe motor coach from Philadelphia Trolley Works will run in a continuous loop to and from the Chestnut Street entrance of the The Study hotel. The bus seats 54 passengers. Passengers will be dropped off at 3400 Civic Center Boulevard for the conference.

Pick-up begins at 2:30 PM.
Loop runs until 7:30 PM.

April 5, 2019
Pick-up begins at 7 AM.
Loop runs until 1 PM.

Service resumes at 3400 Civic Center Boulevard at 5:45 PM.
Loop runs to hotel for one hour, until 6:45 PM.

April 6, 2019
Pick-up begins at 7 AM.
Loop runs for one hour, until 8 AM.

Restaurants

The highly rated hotel restaurant, the CO-OP, offers contemporary American cuisine. There are about two dozen good-quality restaurants within a few blocks of the hotel. Many restaurants and shops are just a short walk away.
